..ja genau.
Ich bin Nichtraucher EX-Raucher:). Jedenfalls versuche ich es mal wieder. Seit nunmehr etwas mehr als eine Woche versuche ich jeder Zigarette aus dem Weg zu gehen.
Das “an der Zigarette ziehen auf Party” hat auch nicht geschmeckt. Und die Zigarette die ich bei Nadine mitgenommen habe, landete zerkrümelt auf der Straße.
Bin schonmal unheimlich stolz auf mich bisher. Habe eingie Streßsituation schon ohne Griff zur Zigarette überstanden. Auf Arbeit komme ich ebenfalls ohne aus. Mal schauen wie ich dazustehe.
Mein innerer Schweinehund ist zwar immernoch groß, die Chance zu scheitern immernoch gigantisch, aber ich finde ich mache mich bisher besser als bei jedem anderen versuch. Vielleicht weil ich es auch mal wirklich will und mir gute Gründe vor Augen halten kann? Ich weiß es nicht aber ich kämpf mal weiter .
